Ravindra Babu was Lead the first SAP Implementations as a Team lead for the Client Philips in Dubai. Later on he worked as a team lead for different Clients through Logix Microsystems Ltd.  Later joined in HP as a Project Lead/Manager worked in various Implementations Like Digital Corporation, Compaq Corporation and HP Inc. 

In HP Played as a Pivotal Role in the Merger and Acquisition Projects like Compaq and EDS Implementation. Played a Instrumental Role in HP setting up the Master data Management setup for world wide HP. 

Later on Received many  Spot and Cash awards, The biggest achievement for me receiving a CIO Award, Best Employee award and IT Transformation Award.

Later on Moved to Bosch, In Bosch different Roles like Support Manager, Business Integration Manager, Program Manager and Delivery Manager.  In Bosch Many  Projects are done in non-SAP and SAP Implementations, the Major Achievement in Bosch is setting up Support Process for world wide Bosch and Training is given for all the users  In india . 

Second Major achievement is Bonaparte SAP SRM Implementation for  all the Bosch Clients in India and Training is given all the Users in Nashik, Jaipur, Coimbatore, Naganathpura and BanP Locations.

In Bosch, Ravindra babu also Played a Role of Enterprise Architect for Bosch India.

Later on Moved to KPIT Technologies as a Principal Lead and Managed the Two Clients Namely Bombay Dyeing an Alkhem Laboratories  in Bombay.
